I am a dedicated and committed professional to willing to serve with excellence and integrity. My journey is built on a passion for providing quality food inspired by Haitian cruising and New Orleans culture .

I was inspired by my mom and aunt — whose love showed up in every pot and pan. However, I truly learned to cook in New Orleans, where Haitian flavors met the city’s soulful culture and shaped my entire palette. After building a career in fashion and real estate, I realized cooking became the adventure that finally felt rooted in my heritage; and expressed one intentional dish at a time.
